This would be more Kenjutsu than Taijutsu. Also the amount that it could cut through is needed and a specific amount of damage. Cool down needs to be ALOT longer than 1 post

Hien - Take out all the references to the wind nature chakra. There's no sense in having it there, for that has to be registered as a separate tech due to the element involvement. Once you do that, it'll be approved fully.

Description: This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Kirisame - So, by eating up chakra, are you saying it negates any attack after its thrown, is it limited to just elements, or is it also eating the chakra from the user if they are charging a jutsu? It will be once per topic use.

Ok, if it does that much, this S Rank will require more than the standard 50 chakra, it will require 80 chakra.

I will agree to it being 80 chakra. How much chakra builds up over time by what rate? Also, how do I increase my chakra limit?

State it clearly, that only you will be able to use your jutsu and even your allies are affected.

You can only increase your chakra limit if you rank up from genin. You aren't able to use S Rank jutsu at genin anyway. It won't be until chuunin or s. Jounin that you can have your first S Rank technique. However, once the rank is reached, this technique will be available.

No, this is your only free S Rank. After these first 10 free jutsu, anymore that you register will need to be priced and purchased, and you muat wait until you have the jutsu slots available to create it. In the Rules, refer to the Rank Rules.
