The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: The black coat is a full-length black coat with a hood and a waist-high slit going up the back (similar to a duster). It has a large silver zipper that fastens at the top and zips down to seal the coat. It has silver drawstrings for the hood decorated with a large silver bead hanging from the end and a silver chain ornament adorned with four large cylindrical silver beads that fastens to a loop on either side of the collarbone region. Likewise, there is also a belt outside of the coat where Kamui is able to put his blades on. Hence, this coat drapes Kamui’s figure well and perfectly.
Abilities: This coat’s ability is to transform whatever clothing the coat's bearer is wearing under it into the black gloves, pants, and boots/sneakers, with silver lining 1 inch from the bottom of the boots/sneakers. Furthermore, every single trace of the wearer’s clothing totally disappears when the coat is on. The opposite is also true whereby when the bearer cast the coat off, the black gloves, pants, and boots/sneakers disappear. Lastly, the weapons on the belt will also change colour into a pure black and silver colour of any design based on the bearer’s wishes.
History: During Kamui’s adventures towards many places to search for the truth, he found a fellow magical merchant that seems to pique Kamui’s interest. These very mysterious clothing that interest Kamui the most is the one that could easily transform Kamui’s clothes no matter what he wore. Kamui being impressed by this paid the man a generous sum for the coat which he now adorns during his travels.
Ok, there is a new stipulation with items with special abilities. It is a 20,000 ryo price rate per ability. However, this doesn't give you any battle advantages so I'm going to cut the tag by 3/4, and only charge you 5,000 ryo. I know it seems high for a pointless item in terms of abilities, but it is 5,000 ryo nonetheless.
