Overall

Vu is the type of guy that doesn’t mind saying whatever is on his mind; in other words, he’s honest. Some people can’t tolerate this, but would it be better to lie? He’s dense when it comes to love, or can’t understand when people give him compliments. His mood can switch just like an on and off switch, though. He’s known for having a short fuse, although he seems calm even in an angry state. Certain things have happened, so he’s fully aware that certain people are completely able to betray one and another, even if it means to kill. Vu learned from this.

Towards friends

He doesn’t really have the thought within his mind of even having friends, but around 90% of him wishes he had some. If he has friends, he’d of course keep in touch with his short fuse, though try to extend it as much as he can. He’s known for putting things up to a fight when the short fuse has completely burned out and his ‘calm shell’ has shattered into a million pieces. Like said before, he still looks calm even in this state, though it seems to be forced, due to him clenching his fists every now and then. Within the depths of his mind, he believes that he doesn’t need friends at all. Maybe there will be a time when he realizes he actually does need them.

Towards enemies

Towards his enemies, he’s honest yet cold. His honest side is pretty good for breaking an enemies’ ‘defenses’, by saying something they possibly don’t want to hear, thus make them create havoc and get angry with him, which could possibly throw them off balance. He’s not afraid to kill them. In fact, he’s used to killing his enemies.

Likes: Morial likes calm nights, which don’t include storm. He likes fighting, thus likes to get himself involved in whatever war he can involve him with. Though, he does respect his opponents. He also enjoys the feeling when fighting with a katana and especially enjoys fighting a stronger opponent than himself, since he sees it as a method of improving himself immensely.

Dislikes: Emotional situations. He doesn’t very well know how to handle these kind of situation, where people suddenly have an emotional breakthrough. He also dislikes love 50-50. Due to the fact that he doesn’t know how to handle love or how to respond to it, though then again he isn’t against it.

Motivation: The motivation that keeps his going is his path on becoming stronger. He does have a few goal set before his eyes, such as becoming a acknowledgeable swordsman. He has his pride, which is to never gain an interest nor try to learn Ninjutsu and only keep his pride in the sword(s) that he carries with him.

Fears: Morial isn’t one that fears death, yet he fears it. It sounds strange, but somewhere in the depths of his very soul there is a slight sign which indicates his fear of death, though he yet has to realize this himself. Other than his hidden fear of death, he fears to be separated from his katana(s), considering he’s a full-fledged Samurai and can’t fight without those.




Xanadu

Bloodline Name: Meikai no shugo-sha (Guardians of the Netherworld)

Bloodline Ability: Members of this clan are half-phantom and half-human. Although this is true, it also caused their Chakra pool to be completely removed from their body and deposited at a mysterious orb-like spirit of varying colour. (Explained in history) The spirit orb can only be seen only by the members of the clan or someone who has seen death happen in front of their eyes. Due to their lack of charka, the body and mind of the members of this clan, works faster and harder to grant them better traits in terms of physical and mental attributes, agility, speed, strength, endurance and et cetra by 3 times. They also have great insight and foresight over many things, have a very high level of concentration.

Genin, Chuunin:
During this level, they have to concentrate and absorb chakra from their spirit half. This makes it quite troublesome for those who want to be quick on their toes in battle. Although, they can use E~C rank jutsu’s with ease.

Sp. Jounin, Jounin, S-rank:
During this level, jutsu’s ranging from A~S rank will backfire on the caster if it involves charka but to counter this disability members of the clan are able to merge with their spirit half for only 15 posts. Thus, letting them access Jutsu’s from A~S rank. Note that if the jutsu involves absorbing charka from ones spirit half, it would require two posts for A~S rank unless stated. This can be used once per topic.

Below states the weapons that can be carried by the clan members. Note that the swords are passed down from their forefathers (Explained in history).

Virtues:
Chastity – Increases jutsu damage by two fold.
Temperance – Dispels Genjutsu every two posts.
Kindness – Heals the user passively but at a small amount.
Charity – Has the ability to sap your life in return for an increase in power
Diligence – Able to continue a battle after being landed a critical hit
Patience – Increased focus, insight, foresight and senses.
Humility – Does not feel fear or pain when used.

Vice:
Lust – Has the ability to sap life from the opponent to heal yourself.
Gluttony – Loves to drink blood, the more blood, the more power.
Envy – Has the ability to copy the shape and effects of other weapons but its strength is 80% of the original.
Greed – The more Ryo one has in hand, the more powerful the weapon
Sloth – The being of slowness can have a very slow movement but very high damage output
Wrath – Increase all stats by two times but at a cost of your sanity
Pride – Being as pride, it does not like other charka except for its owner, thus it will push aside all other charka.

Clan History: Long ago, war broke out. Countless lives lost in the blood stained grounds, bodies rotting, souls left unrest. Scarlet flames swirl in wake, devouring anything in its path. Merciless. Unforgiving. It comes after each battle. It’s fate? To cleanse! It’s desire? To give peace to those who have passed on.

In truth the clan was just scattered bits of nomadic people. They have no intension nor relation to what happened to the outside world. They preferred to throw everything not normal to them and live in peace as they travelled from place to place, gaining knowledge on much of the geography of the world, not to mention some well hidden ancient temples, shires and hideouts. They also have wide knowledge over many rumours, myths and legends that held were around at that time.

Among every mystery, one of them stood out the most. The legend of the temple of judgement, Tamashī no handan. Although, none of the seven members founding members of the clan went there as of yet, the legend spread like a virus, unrelenting, ever putting people in a trance state of desire. Everyone thought it was salvation and eternal bliss that will be found inside but the clan founders stayed away, fearful that the corruption will get to them.

Alas, they couldn’t escape the fate that which the temple already predicted. Soon, all of the ten leaders and their families meet at the temple. The famed mystery of the temple of black and white. One side it was rotting with darkness, malice and sin, the other with pureness, clarity and virtue. Stunning it was but something or someone stood out. A certain elderly caretaker, stood to greet them. Unknowingly, their life has already been changed when they first came to know about the temple.

Time passed and each of the founding members changed, their families were told to wait for them far away, at the nearby river they all meet. Soon a ritual started, the caretaker revealed to be an immortal lady named Shikieiki Yamaxanadu, her job to get people to help her judge the living and send souls to their final resting place. She granted each of them a power they will never forget. Separate souls representing seven colours, their hairs having the colours of their respecting souls and weapons each depicting a vice and a virtue. Their gold was simple, to help people leave behind regrets and finally leave the world in peace.

Shocked by their predicament, each of them went down the path and the only way to move on was forward but slowly, each member will find themselves ever tied to this path. Unable to run away. “The truth is that peace is always within..” Shikieiki said before the seven founding members left the temple and it will forever stay the same as time goes on for eternity.




History:

A fatal day - Prologue
Blood scattered across the cold and hard grounds of a country far away, north of the equator. The wind blowing particles of the loose sands into the air which creepily wander through the previous peaceful country, though currently just like a graveyard which would seem is haunted. Many bodies which are covered in blood are lying across the area. Some of them having their throats cut, some of them even having lost a limb or two. Anyone would tremble from the shock if they would see this image.

A katana is stuck in the ground, the blood dripping from the blade, which would seem to be from the culprit, or else it wouldn’t be covered in blood. A figure is slowly appear from the reflection of the blood covered, yet clear and shiny blade. A figure with red hair.. His eyes aren’t seen due to some of the hair and the shadows being lowered upon him. He’s wearing a Samurai robe and another katana strapped around his waist.. Something you don’t see everyday in this time and age. Slowly the figure reached out for the blade.. Picking it up by the hilt and putting it back in it’s scabbard. When the clinging metal sound is heard due to him putting it back in it’s scabbard, the blood from the blade is flying slightly around and landing upon the ground, the figure slowly walking away. This isn’t a Shinobi, yet to some doesn’t even seem human personality-wise.

A ‘legend’ arose from the depths of Hell.

A crescent moon

Thunder was heard echoing across the many clouds that were covering the heavens above the Shinobi World. A baby, who was laying in the middle of nowhere, was found with two katana stuck into the ground next to it. The katana was completely drench in rain and so was the baby that was crying. It seemed that the parents of the baby deserted it. For what reason? No one knows. The baby has purple eyes and red hair, the eyes of a born warrior. The moon high at the top of the sky was completely red. Slowly but surely, the rain stopped and one person slowly started to approach the child. A hooded person, without a possible identity him/herself. A wanderer, as it may.

The wanderer picked up the baby, Vu, together with the katana and carried him within his/her arms. Together they made way towards a whole different country, crossing the death desert, for whatever country they might be headed towards. They were just walking into the horizon, following the path of the crescent moon.

A new life, within the depths of the freezing village.

Years have passed since the baby, Vu, had been found deserted in the middle of nowhere and picked up by a random wanderer that just happened to pass by. The country they were headed to was the country where a pretty known village was located; Hyougagakure. Led by Tenzou, their emperor. During the years, Vu has learned how to fend for himself and has completely drowned himself in the art of the katana; Kenjutsu.

Also, during these years he had shown great skill in studying during the ages of his academy years and has now become a full-fledged Genin. The katana that was stuck into the ground when he was found is now swinging from side to side around his waist, carrying it with pride. His expression on his face doesn’t seem like he has made many friends, but maybe it’s because he thinks he doesn’t need them.

This person, was Vu. His red hair was even more red due to the blood stains having flown into it. As he picked up the sword and walked away many thoughts flashed through his mind, though he didn’t even flinch of the thought of killing many. This was all on the path to accomplishing his own goals. Does he even have the slightest thought of saving many? Or does he think he’s saving them right now?

A ‘legend’ arose from the depths of Hell.

RP Sample: The dark clouds were hovering high above the planet where many Shinobi wander over. The wind was strong, flowing through many areas and shocking many trees, which caused them to sway from side to side and their leaves to leave the branches and be blown across the heavy tides of the raging seas. There was a storm coming, a heavy one. Within a few minutes, the dark clouds were making a rumbling sound, the sound of thunder, followed by a lightning rod to crash down into some trees and one into the ocean. Anyone within the waters right now would be electrocuted.

From the distance of the wilderness, a lone wanderer was walking. His face was partially covered with his cloak for protection, though some of his dark, blood red hair was seen from beneath it. The wind caused his cloak to almost be torn off his body, but both of his clenched hands kept it in place. This is a storm he had never seen before, as if the Gods themselves were mad at the Shinobi world for causing constant war and despair amongst each other. The katana he was keeping by his side almost seemed to vibrate itself, as if it was scared. The foot prints he was leaving behind immediately got completely erased, leaving no trail behind at all. This could work in his favor, for those who were out to kill him. ..If he would survive this storm, that is.

A forest was seen within the distance. That was probably not the wisest place to choose for creating a hideout in order to hide from the storm, but he had no other option considering he didn’t know where he was at all. Upon reaching out for the forest and entering it, he quickly dashed through the almost breaking down trees to find a perfect spot to hide himself in. There was a big tree, a tree which had a hole in it as if entirely designed to hide from situations like this. The tree seemed firm enough to withstand some of the natural causes going on right now, but wasn’t sure if it was well protected against lightning. Even so, he didn’t hesitate and crawled through the hole in the tree, waiting for the storm to pass.. If it would ever pass.
