Description: A large waterproof duster that is made of a flame retardant material, it reaches from the neck line down to the ankles with a slit in the back from the bottom up to the waist to allow easy movement. This item can be cut and slashed like a normal piece of cloth, however it can also be repaired just as easily.

Abilities: As it is made from flame retardant material this coat it able to keep out all natural flames and not burn or burn the person wearing it in the areas that it covers. However the wearer can also imbue chakra from their own bodies as fuel to make its ability carry over into chakra fire.

A wearer is only able to repel flames that are their own rank in strength or lower, (a genin can repel D at most a chunin can do C...) but each rank of deflection varies in the amount of chakra needed as follows;

Ok, for the ability to repel fire with the use of the right chakra, how long would it take to charge the chakra into the cloak? Would the system for jutsu apply to this? Meaning a genin couldnt use the S rank, and it would take three posts to get all 40 chakra stored before it could withstand the potential jutsu?

I was thinking one could get the chakra in there right away, that way it is a good shield. Im willing to throw in a good sized cool down for that. And that is also in the app already here;

Mi idea for a cool down system might be like the chakra needed, so for a D rank I would have one round of cool, C two...and eventually an S rank makes me wait 5 rounds. sounds good?

That sounds fine, now that the cooldown factor is in place.

Ok, the price is tricky on this. Armor in RPG games, are typically more expensive than weapons. So with these abilities and the fact that the maximum potential is S rank, even with all the cooldowns, is 10,500 ryo. I hope you find this a fair price, even with these cloaks going into your store. If you disagree, please say so, but usually, but once again based on my RPG knowledge, armor is more expensive than weaponry.
