The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: A golfball sized sphere of compressed sand that when crushed can easily cover a 2ft square in sand particles
Abilities: The orb is simply made of sand, which Natsuki can manipulate due to her bloodline and clan. Up to C rank jutsus can be completed using the sand.
History: The orb of compressed sand was given to Natsuki by her mother, Kumori, before her death. Natsuki keeps it with her not so much to sentimental value but for it's usefulness in areas lacking sand. Natsuki keeps the pouch on a long leather string around her neck.
Appearance: the sand is contained within a small black pouch. The pouch has a random cute face that Natsuki sewed on out of boredom.

Ok, with this sand orb, it it can cover a 2 ft. square, does it also adi in helping you perform jutsu?? Up to what rank can you perform of jutsu if you can?
Due to the amount of sand and based of the Sankuro clan's abilities, up to a C rank. Jutsus performed could be sand shuriken, sand claw, small sand trap, and sand tentacle. Basically, the jutsus that only require a smaller amount of sand to complete. Do I need to attach the jutsus to this topic? If so I can go copy and paste :b
Nah, just post that it can cast up to C Rank sand jutsu. Then in the future, if you want another, or to upgrade the size of it, you can. Go ahead and make that edit, and I will price.
