Description: Being a taijutsu major Sutomu was able to create and perfect this technique. After pumping a little bit of chakra to both of his fist Sutomu usually charges at the opponent sending a few blows (five at the most) capable of fracturing bones, if the same spot is hit more than once.

Range: 15 feet diameter.
Description: After making the required sealed Sutomu places his hands on the ground. Now he would be changing the properties to mud (if it isn't already) so the 'shell' can form faster. After being completely built Sutomu changes the properties back to solid earth. (unless it was mud to begin with than he would just change it to earth.) Used to defend most low ranked attacks. However against lightning attack, no matter what rank it loses easily.

Element: Whatever element the user had and atleast B rank.

Range: Melee
Description: This technique is strictly for blocking heavy attacks. At Sutomu's current level.(C) He can block off heavy attacks that can possibly break or fracture his bones. However doesn't stand a chance against higher attacks. (B and up) However higher versions are are able to add elemental chakra to deflect higher rank physical attacks. When elemental chakra is added it can easily block nin-taijutsu with the elements of wind, fire, earth, and water. However because Earth naturally loses to lightning.

Description: After focusing his wind elemental chakra to his arms and legs, not only will his attacks give some stop of slashing or piercing damage(only light cuts, to cause minor slashes and such, things that could be treated easily with no problem.) he can also move five tenths faster (.5). However another advantage is if he were to focus too much elemental chakra he would be slower, which is great for training at times.

Explain what it is that Mud Turtle does exactly... All I get is that it changes the earth to mud or changes the mud to earth.

Iron Defense needs some explaining on the actual effects if the elemental chakra is added.
